WDD 2010
8:11 PM
I'm so lucky that Joanne from Death of a Pancreas has already blogged about her WDD day ---
Check out her blog to see what the Houston clan did to celebrate. Yes, I'm really that lazy!!
She has super cute pics on her post and here are a few of my pics from yesterday too!
Laura & Jo - a very cropped phone shot from Fred's phone |
Me and the Littles - Yea, I lost Nate's shirt. Nice! |
My silly girls and my bad hair day! |
Jim and Em |
Sophie, Elise and Emma |
Fred and the girls |
Nate and Daddy |
I love these shirts!! |
Nate had so much fun! |
I love this pic of Emma and Elise holding hands :) |
Now for a real WDD Miracle!!
100% within goal!! Woot-Woot! |
Thank you, D for a good WDD! |
You see Nate has been going through a gigantical growth spurt and his numbers have been out of control. There may have been a little ear infection in the mix but we are still without insurance so one will never know!! Anyway - - - Jim and I made some pretty big changes to Nate's basal rates. We added 2 basals and upped them all! I was afraid we would be fighting some lows but so far so good (damn, I hate it when I jinx myself like this)!

Wow! That is awesome! It's so encouraging to find just the right thing. Praying it continues and you have a million days in a row just like yesterday! (Now, how's that for a jinx? ;)
Sorry, that was actually me, Christy, not Rob. But Rob is cheering too. :)
Would LOVE to have a day of BG numbers like that! Wow! Glad you had a great WWD.
Looks like a GREAT day! I want numbers like that too!
And yes, I am sure you jinxed yourself!
Love the pictures and like I said on Joanne's post I'm sooo jealous of you ladies...getting to hang out!
and WOOO HOOO on the wonderful numbers ALL day!!
Awesome day! Awesome pics! And best of all.... awesome numbers!!!
You're not being lazy... I would have totally done the same thing! Love the pics of Elise with the girls. She thinks Emma and Sophie ROCK!
And woo-hoo on the numbers! Looks like hot dogs agree with Nate.
I'm so happy you guys have eachother! I love all the pictures! And I especially love that your changes are working! Holla!

AWESOME NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!
WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!!
Awesome pics and I can't wait to check out Jo's post :) Your family is gorgeous!
Looks like fun...love the pics...LOVIN' those numbers!!!
Awesome pictures! Looks like the kids had a ton of fun and those numbers are fantastic! Growth spurts are so tough to deal with! Seems like no matter what you do or change, you just can't get things right! Hopefully you guys are on the tail-end of it now and things will even out again!
Looks like a GREAT WDD Laura! I am so glad that you and Jo live close to each other and can spend time together (and that the kids get together too).
AND...
Those numbers are to die for!!! Gorgeous!
Love those numbers. Going to check out Joanne now....
