Nate the Great Update ... 

Last night was the Camp Sweeney luau and fireworks for the 4th. 🇺🇸🌺🌴 ---- I love these pictures of Nate. I adore his sweet smile and the fact he's wearing absolutely none of the clothes I packed for the luau! 😂 -- As a matter of fact the boy he's hanging out with is actually wearing the shorts I packed Nate for the luau.  🤦🏻‍♀️

Jim and Ian assured me --- it's fine, it's fine that he's wearing his bathing suit and a random red shirt (I'm fairly certain I didn't pack) to the dance. 🕺🏻💃

I'm doing better! Thank you all for all of your support! I appreciate all of your sweet words and understanding. Only a few tears today. I think I've now entered the guilt stage. I'm getting a much needed break from diabetes but the fact Nate will never get to take a break makes it hard for me to enjoy it. 

But! I'm sleeping. I slept last night. And after going on a 3 mile run, and then a 13 mile bike ride today --- I enjoyed a lovely nap in the pool on the poop 💩 emoji floatie  ☀️🦄

Tonight I logged on to the live feed of the flag lowering ceremony and spotted Nate wearing a different shirt but the same shark bathing suit he wore to the luau last night.  #OhLort -- And tonight they're going to Jumpland. Boys! I imagine he's loving the heck out of the fact that I'm not nagging him to put on clean clothes! 👊🏼😷😂
